My First Pattern
This pattern will forever hold a special place in my heart! Being the first pattern I published, it really is special!
Having 7 children, means you have A LOT of teachers each year! I designed this pencil cup cozy for JUST that purpose! These pencil cup cozies, were quickly a big hit our children’s school.
Teacher Gift in a Pinch
If you find yourself, repeatedly at Christmas and the end of the school year, trying to figure out a unique gift your child can bring their teacher, this pattern can definitely help solve that for you.
I imagine, much like myself, it’s generally about three days before I NEED a teacher gift – that I remember I NEED a teacher gift (or several!). Which is why I looooove this pattern so much! It’s different, fun, and themed! Your child’s teacher, who I will presume, after dealing with a class full of kids everyday survives off coffee (or tea I suppose), will adore the gift that just encourages more coffee drinking! In my humble opinion, it is also way more fun than another apple!
The Pencil Me In Cup Cozy is beginner friendly, a quick make (which is always nice when your crunched for time to get the gifts you forgot about done!) and I have included detailed photo tutorials for the special stitch and any more ‘advanced’ techniques. This pattern, as any pattern I ever create, is fully tested by a group of testers ranging in skill level.
